50 × 25mm Rectangular Rail Sleeve – 316 Stainless Steel This 50 × 25mm rectangular rail sleeve is designed to join two lengths of 50 × 25mm stainless steel handrail, making it ideal for balustrade runs that exceed the standard 6-metre tube length. The sleeve slides over the ends of both rails, creating a smooth, clean, and continuous connection for long straight handrail sections. To secure the join, self-tapping screws can be installed underneath on each side. In most installations, the handrail sits on top of uprights, which naturally limits movement—however, screws or adhesive can be used for added strength and stability where required. Manufactured from marine-grade 316 stainless steel, this rectangular rail sleeve provides excellent durability and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for indoor, outdoor, and coastal environments.
