We accept a variety of secure payment methods.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been processed. Additional verification may be required for fraud prevention.

Additional Payment Information

Product prices and delivery fees displayed on our website are accurate at the time you view them but may be adjusted without prior notice. If an item you purchased becomes unavailable, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to discuss alternative options.

All prices shown include 10% GST and are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted payment system. We follow strict fraud-prevention procedures to help protect both our customers and our business.

Please note that credit card authorisation through the payment gateway does not automatically confirm that your order has passed our internal security review.

As part of our security process, credit card transactions may undergo an Address Verification (AV) check. If the details do not match, we may request additional identification. To minimise delays, ensure all billing information is accurate and complete.

Direct Deposit Payments

For Direct Deposit payments, you will receive an email after checkout with your order summary and our bank details. Once you have transferred the payment, please email us your payment receipt so we can finalise and process your order.
