50.8mm dia 90 degree elbow

This 316 stainless steel 90° elbow is designed to fit 50.8mm handrail tube (45mm internal diameter). It’s the perfect fitting for creating a clean, precise 90-degree turn in your handrail system — ideal for corners, landings, balconies, and stair transitions. This elbow has a fixed 90° angle (not adjustable), providing a strong and accurate directional change in your railing. Each end includes a 25mm sleeve, allowing the tube to slide on easily. Once positioned, you can secure it using one of three installation methods:

• Weld for a permanent, seamless join

• Glue the sleeve inside the tube

• Self-tapping screws from underneath

Made from marine-grade 316 stainless steel, it’s suitable for indoor or outdoor, residential or commercial handrails.
Designed for stainless-steel tubing, but it can also work with mild-steel tube if the internal diameter matches.
