38 mm Round Rail Sleeve – 316 Stainless Steel This 38 mm round rail sleeve is designed to join two lengths of 38 mm stainless-steel handrail, making it ideal for balustrade runs that exceed the standard 6-metre tube length. The sleeve slides over the ends of both rails, creating a smooth and continuous connection for long straight sections of handrail. To secure the join, two self-tapping screws can be installed underneath on each side. In most installations the rail sits on top of uprights, so movement is naturally restricted — but screws or adhesive can be used for additional strength and stability if required. Constructed from marine-grade 316 stainless steel, this joiner provides durability and corrosion resistance for indoor, outdoor, and coastal balustrade applications.
