316 Stainless Steel Round Post – 38mm (Mirror Finish) This 38mm round 316 stainless steel post is designed for core-drilled installation, providing strong and clean support for handrails on flat areas. It comes with a 170mm embedment leg as standard, with custom lengths available if you need a deeper set or a taller finished post height. Total post height: 1040mm + your handrail size. Select the correct saddle from the dropdown based on the handrail profile you’re using. You can also purchase a cover plate separately to slide over the post and neatly conceal the core-drilled hole. A matching stair (raked) post is also available separately if your project includes steps.

50x25 mm Rectangular End Cap – 316 Stainless Steel This 50x25 mm rectangular end cap is designed to finish the open end of a 50.8 mm stainless-steel handrail, providing a smooth, safe, and professional look wherever the rail does not connect to a wall or fitting. It simply inserts into the end of the tube, creating a clean termination point that enhances both appearance and safety. Made from durable 316 marine-grade stainless steel, this end cap is suitable for indoor, outdoor, and coastal environments, ensuring long-lasting performance and corrosion resistance.

This 316 stainless steel adjustable elbow is designed to fit 38mm handrail tube (33mm internal diameter). It’s perfect for staircases, ramps, or anywhere you need to set the angle on site. The elbow adjusts smoothly from 90° to 180°. Simply loosen the Phillips screw, set your angle, and tighten it back in place. Each end has a 30mm sleeve so the tube slides on easily. Once fitted, you can secure it in one of three ways: Weld for a permanent, seamless join Glue the sleeve inside the tube Self-tapping screws from underneath Made from marine-grade 316 stainless steel, it’s suitable for indoor or outdoor, residential or commercial handrails. 50 × 25 mm Rectangle Wall Flange – 316 Stainless Steel This 50 × 25 mm rectangular wall flange is designed to fix a 50 × 25 mm stainless-steel handrail securely to a wall. The handrail slides into the flange, which is mounted with two screws for a neat and stable connection. An underside grub screw allows the rail to be tightened in place after installation, preventing movement and keeping the handrail firmly locked inside the fitting. Made from marine-grade 316 stainless steel, it provides long-lasting durability for indoor, outdoor, and coastal environments.
